Funding Applications must belong to one of the four following sections:
- Research and Development from businesses
- Collusion of Businesses and Research Organizations
- Utilization of research results
- Seal of Excellence for businesses
Potential beneficiaries of the Action are:

b) Research organizations and other organizations treated as research organizations.
