“Promotion of sales and exports of enterprises of the North Aegean Region”

The Action aims to support existing small and medium sized enterprises of the North Aegean to strengthen their extroversion.

 

The total budget of the Action is 4.000.000,00€.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

An enterprise can apply for the Action if it meets the following conditions:

• Be already active or establish a branch (before the first disbursement) in the North Aegean Region.
• Has at least two (2) completed financial years (2022 – 2023) prior to the date of the online submission of the funding application.
• Be substantially active (Principal SIC or largest revenue SIC) in one (1) of the eligible SIC mentioned in the Proclamation during the completed financial year of 2023.
• Has at least one (1) Annual Work Unit of dependent employment in the calendar year preceding the submission of the funding application (2023).
• Legal operation according to the appropriate licensing document.
• The company must be registered in the Register of Beneficial Owners.
• Submission of supporting documents regarding the ability to cover Private Participation in the proposed action of at least 25% of the total budget.
• Ensuring access for people with disabilities to building facilities, services and any electronic environment until the completion of the Investment.

 

BUDGET & IMPLEMENTATION PERIOD

Minimum grant budget: 60.000,00€

Maximum grant budget: 300.000,00€

 

The implementation period of the Action is twenty-four (24) months, starting from the publication date of the Decision of Acceptance of each project.

EVALUATION CRITERIA & RATE OF AID

The evaluation method will be comparative and will be based on the following criteria:

• Available funds in relation to the Investment Plan’s budget
• Rate of change of revenue between 2022 and 2023
• Ratio of earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) to turnover between 2022 and 2023
• Existence of a registered Patent related to the business plan
• Regional Strategy for Smart Specialization of North Aegean

 

The minimum acceptable score is 50 points.

 

The aid rate for the Action is 50%.

The starting date for the eligibility of expenditure is the date of publication of the Proclamation, i.e. 16/09/2024.
