Terms and Conditions:

An enterprise can apply for the Action if it meets the following:

  • Medium-sized, small and start-up enterprises that started operating before 01/01/2021
  • Implementation of the investment exclusively in one of the Region of Western Macedonia or the Region of Peloponnese (Municipality of Megalopolis, Municipality of Oichalia, Municipality of Gortynia, Municipality of Tripoli)
  • Legal operation with the appropriate licensing document
  • Proof of availability of funds in at least 30% of the budget
  • The investment must include expenditure that contributes to Environmental Protection and Energy Saving of at least 30% of the budget
  • At least one (1) eligible SIC as defined in the Proclamation
  • The physical object of the investment has not been completed or has not been fully implemented before the submission of the application for funding
  • The enterprise must be registered in the Register of Beneficial Owners
  • Access for people with physical disabilities to building infrastructure, services and any electronic environment
  • Commitment to increase the Annual Work Units during the implementation of the investment by at least 1 unit compared to the 2023 Annual Work Units and to maintain the additional unit for at least 1 year after the investment’s completion
  • Submission of the 1st Payment Request of at least 40% of the budget within the first 6 months after integration

The budget of the Action is 30.000.000,00€ and the aid scheme is the Regulation (EU) 2831/2023 (OJ L 15.12.2023) (De Minimis).

The minimum grant budget is 20.000,00€ and the maximum is 100.000,00€.

The aid rate will be 70% and the rate of private participation will be 30%.

  1. Software expenditure
  • Website construction, e-shop and mobile applications
  • Software and Program Licenses
  1. Expenditure on services
  • Consulting Services
  • Software supply services such as “Software as a Service”, “Cloud Computing” etc.
  • Certification of products according to national, harmonized and optional standards of European countries and/or countries outside the EU.
  • Certification of services & procedures according to national, harmonized and other European and international standards
  • Promotion expenditure
  • Participation in Exhibitions
  • Technical Studies necessarily linked to the expenditure of the Investment Plan
  1. Indirect Expenditure (7% of the above categories of expenditure)

 

The starting date for the eligibility of expenditure is the date of publication of the notice, i.e. 18/01/2024, while the implementation timeline is 12 months from the date of the Decision of Integration.

 

Evaluation Criteria:

  1. Available Funds in relation to the total budget of the Investment Plan
  2. Rate of change of turnover in the last 2 years
  3. Operating Profitability of Business
  4. Relevance of the Investment Plan to the National Smart Specialization Strategy 2021-2027
  5. Number of existing employees
  6. Estimated employment growth

 

The evaluation method is comparative and the minimum acceptable mark are 65 points.
