of the New Development Law 4887\/2022 was announced"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The first &#8220;Tourism Investment Support Scheme&#8221; of the new Development Law 4887\/2022 was announced.<br \/>The opening date for applications is next Thursday 1th of June 2023 and the closing date is 29th of September 2023.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><span class=\"TextRun SCXW11084513 BCX0\" lang=\"EL-GR\" xml:lang=\"EL-GR\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW11084513 BCX0\">The purpose of this scheme is to grant aid for a wide range of tourism investments, mainly for the creation, expansion and modernisation of tourist accommodation throughout the country, with the aim of improving the quality of the tourist product.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aid rates<\/h3>\r\n\r\n<p>Under the Regional Aid Map, the aid intensity is expected to range from <strong>15% to 75%<\/strong> depending on the size of the company and the region in which it is located.<\/p>\r\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Beneficiaries of the scheme<\/h3>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Commercial company<\/li>\r\n<li>Cooperative<\/li>\r\n<li>Social Cooperative Enterprises, Agricultural Cooperatives, Producer Groups, \u0391gricultural Cooperatives<\/li>\r\n<li>Companies in the process of being established or merged<\/li>\r\n<li>Joint ventures registered in the General Commercial Register.<\/li>\r\n<li>Public and municipal enterprises and their subsidiaries under certain conditions<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" style=\"height: 25px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>For further information regarding this Scheme, you can contact us at 210 8020555 or info@hbi.gr.<\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The first &#8220;Tourism Investment Support Scheme&#8221;
