{"id":61965,"date":"2025-08-05T14:18:36","date_gmt":"2025-08-05T12:18:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hbiconsulting.eu\/?page_id=61965"},"modified":"2025-08-05T14:19:37","modified_gmt":"2025-08-05T12:19:37","slug":"strengthening-productive-investments-in-the-peloponnese-region-by-existing-smes","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/hbiconsulting.eu\/en\/strengthening-productive-investments-in-the-peloponnese-region-by-existing-smes\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8220;Strengthening productive investments in the Peloponnese Region by existing SMEs&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Action aims to support high-budget investment initiatives of existing businesses that are or will be active in the Peloponnese Region and is part of the \u201cPeloponnese\u201d 2021-2027 Programme of the NSRF 2021-2027.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>TERMS &amp; CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An enterprise may apply for inclusion in the Action if it meets the following conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have started business before 01\/01\/2023.<\/li>\n<li>The proposed investment project must relate to one or more of the eligible SICs included in the Call for Proposals and qualify as an incentive.<\/li>\n<li>The proposed investment project must have the integrated character of an initial investment, covering one of the following: i. Creation of a new establishment; ii. Expansion of the production capacity of an existing establishment; iii. Diversification of the production of an existing establishment into products or services not previously produced by the establishment; iv. A fundamental change in the overall production process of the products or in the overall provision of services to which the investment in the establishment relates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Note that replacement investment does not constitute initial investment.<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The financial contribution of the beneficiary of the aid amounts to at least 25% of the total eligible costs through own resources or external financing.<\/li>\n<li>Commit to ensure that until the completion of the investment and depending on the type and nature of the operation, it will provide access for people with disabilities to the buildings, services and electronic environments of the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>A note on investment in the tourism sector:<\/u><\/strong> Investment projects with investment code &#8220;55.10.10.03 &#8211; Sleeping, luxury and first-class hotel services, with restaurant&#8221; and\/or &#8220;55.10.10.04 &#8211; Sleeping, luxury and first-class hotel services, without restaurant&#8221; in the tourism sector are eligible if they concern hotels that meet the following conditions:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;
