CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An enterprise can apply for the Action if it meets the following conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Has at least one (1) full (i.e., consecutive 12-month operation) closed fiscal year.<\/li>\n<li>Has at least one (1) Annual Work Unit during the calendar year preceding the date of submission of the funding application (<strong>2024<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<li>Has and be substantially active (Principal or highest revenue generating SIC for the year 2024) in an eligible SIC \u2013 based on the Call for Proposals \u2013 at the date of submission of the funding application [manufacturing sector (Categories 10 to 33) and\/or in related services sectors such as transport &amp; storage, research and development, etc. (Categories 52, 62, 71, 72)].<\/li>\n<li>Make an investment in an eligible \u2013 under the Call for Proposals \u2013 SIC.<\/li>\n<li>Provide evidence of securing at least 25% of the Own Participation.<\/li>\n<li>Carry an appropriate licensing document.<\/li>\n<li>Commit that until the completion of the investment and depending on the type and nature of the operation, it will ensure access for people with disabilities to the buildings, services and electronic environments of the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>IMPLEMENTATION PERIOD \u2013 EVALUATION METHOD<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The duration of the Action is eighteen (18) months from the date of publication of the Decision of Inclusion of each project.<\/li>\n<li>The evaluation method will be comparative with a minimum acceptable score of 75 points.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>BUDGET \u2013 RATE OF AID<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The minimum possible budget is 80.000,00\u20ac and the maximum possible aid cannot exceed 200.000,00\u20ac.<\/p>\n<p>The aid rate for the Regions of Attica and South Aegean is 40% and 50% for all the other Regions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>ELIGIBLE EXPENDITURE<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<table width=\"630\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"132\"><strong>Category of Expenditure<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"497\"><strong>Subcategory of Expenditure<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"132\"><strong>Expenditure on equipment, means of transport &amp; procedures according to national, harmonized as well as and other European and international standards<\/li>\n<li>Packaging Design Services &#8211; Label Design &#8211; Branding<\/li>\n<li>Intellectual property &#8211;
