Extroversion starting point in the Region of Central Macedonia&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Action aims to strengthen new entrepreneurship in the Region of Central Macedonia and provide incentives for the establishment of new enterprises, technologically and organizationally advanced, with outward-looking characteristics, in the manufacturing and tourism sectors.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>TERMS &amp; CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A start-up or new business can apply for the Action if it meets &#8211; cumulatively &#8211; the following conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The business being set up must start operations after the online submission of the funding application.<\/li>\n<li>Any new company must be established after 01\/01\/2023.<\/li>\n<li>The same investing entity (partner\/shareholder\/enterprise) must not be involved in more than one (1) investment project involving an enterprise in the process of being set up.<\/li>\n<li>A partner\/shareholder of a company under formation or a new company with a start date later than 06\/05\/2025, who is a legal or natural person with an active sole proprietorship, must not have an active activity in the Investment SIC (2-digit analysis) from 06\/05\/2025 onwards.<\/li>\n<li>Have at least one eligible &#8211; based on the Call &#8211; SIC in which it should be active until the submission of the 1st Intermediate Verification Request. <u>In particular, for investment projects with investment code &#8216;Accommodation&#8217; (code 55) in the Tourism Sector<\/u>, the following conditions must be met during the completion and acceptance of the projects:<\/li>\n<li>Hotels: Classified in a category of three (3) stars and above with a capacity of eight (8) beds or more<\/li>\n<li>Hotel tourist accommodation within traditional buildings provided for in p.d. 33\/1979<\/li>\n<li>Camping: classification in a category of three (3) stars and above<\/li>\n<li>Youth hostels<\/li>\n<li>Self-catering accommodation &#8211; tourist furnished houses: A minimum of three (3) dwellings that must be incorporated into the same Sign<\/li>\n<li>Furnished rooms &#8211; apartments for rent: Classified in a category of three (3) keys and above with a minimum capacity of ten (10) beds<\/li>\n<li>Operate or will operate legally with the appropriate licensing document.<\/li>\n<li>Provide evidence of the availability of the investment site in case the investment project involves the construction\/expansion of a building.<\/li>\n<li>Provide evidence of the availability of funds to cover at least 25% of the total costs of the investment project.<\/li>\n<li>Commit to ensure that until the completion of the investment and depending on the type and nature of the operation, it will provide access for people with disabilities to the buildings, services and electronic environments of the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>BUDGET \u2013 IMPLEMENTATION PEIOD \u2013 RATE OF AID<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum possible budget: 25.000,00\u20ac \/ Maximum possible budget: 500.000,00\u20ac<\/li>\n<li>The duration of the Action is twenty-four (24) months from the date of publication of the Decision of Inclusion of each project.<\/li>\n<li>The aid rate for all investment projects is 50% of the subsidised budget.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>ELIGIBLE EXPENDITURE<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<table width=\"649\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"208\"><strong>Category of Expenditure<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"441\"><strong>Subcategory of Expenditure<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"208\"><strong>Expenditure on Equipment, Means of Transport &amp;
