{"id":60921,"date":"2025-04-03T12:39:41","date_gmt":"2025-04-03T10:39:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hbiconsulting.eu\/?page_id=60921"},"modified":"2025-08-04T12:02:10","modified_gmt":"2025-08-04T10:02:10","slug":"business-green-existing","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/hbiconsulting.eu\/en\/business-green-existing\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8220;Strengthening of existing small and very small enterprises in the islands region of the FDT Program 2021-2027 (Business Green)&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Action aims to strengthen the competitiveness of existing small and very small enterprises in small islands with a population of up to 3,100 inhabitants.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Terms &amp; Conditions of Participation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An enterprise can apply for the Action if it meets &#8211; cumulatively &#8211; the following conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have at least two (2) complete closed fiscal years prior to the date of online submission of the funding application.<\/li>\n<li>Implement an investment project related to at least one eligible SIC (based on the SICs included in the Call) and in which it must be active before the date of submission of the funding application.<\/li>\n<li>To operate in the Greek territory and to invest exclusively in one (1) establishment within the geographical boundaries of islands with a population of up to 3,100 inhabitants, according to the last census of the year 2021.<\/li>\n<li>Operate legally with the appropriate licensing document.<\/li>\n<li>Be registered in the Register of Beneficiaries.<\/li>\n<li>Commit that until the completion of the project and depending on the type and nature of the project, it will ensure that appropriate interventions are made to ensure access for people with disabilities to the company&#8217;s buildings, services and electronic environments.<\/li>\n<li>Provide evidence of the availability of funds of at least 30% of the Total Budget of the Investment Plan.<\/li>\n<li>The application for funding must contain at least 30% expenditure related to the subcategories identified as contributing to Environmental Protection and Energy Saving (Green Technology Solutions).<\/li>\n<li>Commit to an increase in employment during the implementation of the investment, which if maintained for one year will increase the employment by at least half (0.5) unit (compared to the employment of the year 2024). Furthermore, commit to maintain the increase for at least one year after the completion of the investment.<\/li>\n<li>Its investment plan should not concern the increase of the capacity of tourism accommodation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Budget<\/strong><strong> &amp; <\/strong><strong>Rate<\/strong> <strong>of<\/strong> <strong>Aid<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The budget of the Action amounts to 20.000.000,00\u20ac and the aid scheme is the European Commission Regulation 2023\/2831\/13.12.2023 (De Minimis).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The minimum subsidized budget is 20.000,00\u20ac and the maximum is 150.000,00\u20ac with the proportional subsidy amounting to 70% of the eligible costs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The duration of the implementation of the project is eighteen (18) months from the date of publication of the Decision of Inclusion of each project.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligible Expenditure<\/strong><\/p>\n<table width=\"634\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"160\"><strong>Category of Expenditure<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"474\"><strong>Sub-Category of Expenditure<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td rowspan=\"8\" width=\"160\"><strong>Expenditure on Equipment, Vehicles and Instruments<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"474\">Manufacturing &amp;
