CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An enterprise can apply for the Action if it meets the following conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-teams=\"true\"><span class=\"ui-provider a b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak\" dir=\"ltr\">Be already active or establish a branch (before the first disbursement) in the North Aegean Region.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>Has at least two (2) completed financial years (2022 \u2013 2023)<\/strong> prior to the date of the online submission of the funding application.<\/li>\n<li>Be substantially active (Principal SIC or largest revenue SIC) in one (1) of the eligible SIC mentioned in the Proclamation during the completed financial year of 2023.<\/li>\n<li>Has at least one (1) Annual Work Unit of dependent employment in the calendar year preceding the submission of the funding application (2023).<\/li>\n<li>Legal operation according to the appropriate licensing document.<\/li>\n<li>The company must be registered in the Register of Beneficial Owners.<\/li>\n<li>Submission of supporting documents regarding the ability to cover Private Participation in the proposed action of at least 30% of the total budget.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring access for people with disabilities to building facilities, services and any electronic environment until the completion of the Investment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>BUDGET &amp; IMPLEMENTATION PERIOD\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Minimum grant budget: 60.000,00\u20ac<\/p>\n<p>Maximum grant budget: 400.000,00\u20ac<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The implementation period of the Action is <strong>twenty-four (24) months<\/strong>, starting from the publication date of the Decision of Acceptance of each project.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>EVALUATION CRITERIA &amp; RATE OF AID\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The evaluation method will be comparative and will be based on the following criteria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Description of the Investment Plan<\/li>\n<li>Number of Employees of the Enterprise (Annual Work Unit)<\/li>\n<li>Available funds in relation to the Investment Plan\u2019s budget<\/li>\n<li>Rate of change of revenue between 2022 and 2023<\/li>\n<li>Ratio of earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) to turnover between 2022 and\u00a02023<\/li>\n<li>Patents and Distinctions &#8211;
