Megalopolis&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><u>Terms and Conditions<\/u><\/strong><strong>: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An enterprise can apply for the Action if it meets the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medium-sized, small and start-up enterprises that started operating before 01\/01\/2021<\/li>\n<li>Implementation of the investment exclusively in one of the Region of Western Macedonia or the Region of Peloponnese (Municipality of Megalopolis, Municipality of Oichalia, Municipality of Gortynia, Municipality of Tripoli)<\/li>\n<li>Legal operation with the appropriate licensing document<\/li>\n<li>Proof of availability of funds in at least 30% of the budget<\/li>\n<li>The investment must include expenditure that contributes to Environmental Protection and Energy Saving of at least 30% of the budget<\/li>\n<li>At least one (1) eligible SIC as defined in the Proclamation<\/li>\n<li>The physical object of the investment has not been completed or has not been fully implemented before the submission of the application for funding<\/li>\n<li>The enterprise must be registered in the Register of Beneficial Owners<\/li>\n<li>Access for people with physical disabilities to building infrastructure, services and any electronic environment<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to increase the Annual Work Units during the implementation of the investment by at least 1 unit compared to the 2023 Annual Work Units and to maintain the additional unit for at least 1 year after the investment\u2019s completion<\/li>\n<li>Submission of the 1st Payment Request of at least 40% of the budget within the first 6 months after integration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Budget &#8211;
