Conditions of Participation<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>An enterprise can apply for the Action if it meets the following conditions:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Established enterprises with at least 2 complete financial years before the submission date of the Financing Application<\/li>\r\n<li>The budget amount may not exceed the double figures of the highest revenue of one of the last two fully closed financial years<\/li>\r\n<li>Legal function of businesses while bearing the appropriate licensing document<\/li>\r\n<li>Registration in the Register of Beneficiaries (individual companies are excluded)<\/li>\r\n<li>Implementation place of the Investment will not be the residence (primary or secondary) of each beneficiary<\/li>\r\n<li>Commitment to ensure accessibility for people with disabilities until the completion of the Investment<\/li>\r\n<li>Funding application can be applied by franchise businesses<\/li>\r\n<li>Taking appropriate measures to address climate resilience issues according to the environmental impacts of the expenditure<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Budget &#8211;
