The sub-project “Green Agrotourism” of the Action“Economic Transformation of the Rural Sector<\/strong>” has been launched.<\/p>\n

This sub-project aims to support Tourism Investments and in particular concerns investment projects in the tourism sector, which link the primary and secondary sector with the tertiary sector, creating a new tourism product.<\/p>\n\n

Timetable for action<\/h4>\n

Duration of the implementation of Investment Plans:<\/strong> 18 months<\/strong> with the possibility of a six (6)<\/strong> month<\/strong> extension  <\/strong>(due to force majeure or upon specific justification)<\/span><\/p>\n

Conditions for inclusion <\/h4>\n

Beneficiaries<\/strong> may be either existing legal entities or legal entities in the process of being established<\/strong> that will
complete the procedures for setting up before the adoption of the individual aid decision, which cumulatively meet the following conditions<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

    \n
  •  They are financially <\/span>non-problematic enterprises<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Be able to document the coverage of the required Private Participation of<\/strong> the submitted project (using Equity and\/or External Financing)<\/li>\n
  •  They are committed to <\/span>implement an investment project for Experiential Rural Agrotourism <\/strong><\/span>(Promotion of local gastronomy, Promotion of local cultural heritage through rural activities, etc.)<\/span><\/li>\n
  • They are committed to implementing expenditure related to the green transition of the business<\/strong>. At least one of the following categories:\n
      \n
    • Investments in buildings to achieve a higher energy efficiency factor<\/li>\n
    • Investment in machinery with reduced energy consumption<\/li>\n
    • Supply of vehicles of the highest, available emission measurement standard, as applicable to each
      vehicle category<\/li>\n
    • Investments in RES<\/li>\n
    • Investment in infrastructure that contributes to water saving<\/li>\n
    • Investment in mechanical equipment that contributes to water saving.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
      <\/div>\n\n

      Additional Eligible IDs of business activity<\/h4>\n
        \n
      • Tourist (ID of business activity 55)<\/strong> under the following conditions:\n
          \n
        • 5, 4 or 3 star classic hotels with a minimum capacity of 10 rooms and 20 beds<\/li>\n
        • 5, 4 or 3 star classic hotels with a minimum capacity of 10 rooms and 20 beds<\/li>\n
        • 4 key rooms, minimum capacity of 5 rooms and 10 beds<\/span><\/li>\n
        •  4 key furnished apartments, minimum capacity of 5 rooms and 10 beds<\/span><\/li>\n
        •  Tourist furnished accommondation, one or two-storey detached houses that have independent operation, independent external access each and privacy, with minimum dimensions: a)<\/strong> one-room 40 sq.m. b)<\/strong> two main rooms 60 sq.m.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Food service activities (ID of business acitvity 56)<\/strong><\/li>\n
        • Activities of travel agencies,<\/strong> package travel agencies, reservation service and related activities (ID of business activitiy79)<\/strong><\/li>\n
        • Creative activities, arts and entertainment (ID of business activity 90)<\/strong><\/li>\n
        • Activities of libraries, archives, museums and other cultural activities (ID of business activity 91)<\/strong><\/li>\n
        • Sporting, recreational and leisure activities (ID of business activity 93)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
          <\/div>\n\n

          Eligible expenditure<\/h4>\n

          Eligible costs for the “Green Rural Agrotourism” Programme are the following categories:<\/p>\n

            \n
          •  Construction or modernisation of property<\/span><\/strong> <\/li>\n
          • Landscaping of the surrounding area<\/strong><\/li>\n
          • Vehicles<\/strong> with which the undertaking carries out transport of raw materials and products within the premises of the establishment.
            Eligible vehicles are electric vehicles, zero-emission CO2 vehicles and CO2-emitting vehicles
            less than 50g\/Km , and up to a maximum of 20% of the approved Budget<\/strong><\/li>\n
          •  Purchase, transport and installation of equipment<\/span><\/strong> <\/li>\n
          • Expenditure on computerisation equipment of the enterprise <\/span><\/strong>(such as the purchase of telephone installations, intercommunication
            networks, computers and peripherals, photocopiers, security
            systems for premises, fire protection systems for premises<\/span> <\/li>\n
          • Expenditure on ensuring accessibility for people with disabilities<\/span><\/strong> <\/li>\n
          • Intangible expenditure <\/span><\/strong>such as software acquisition and the acquisition of patents, licences
            intellectual property rights (copyright), trademarks and patents<\/span>up to a maximum of 50% of the approved
            Budget<\/span><\/strong> <\/li>\n
          • Aid for <\/span>consultancy services to SMEs<\/span><\/strong> <\/li>\n
          • Aid for <\/span>participation of SMEs in trade exhibitions<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
          • Investment aid for the <\/span>promotion of energy production from renewable sources<\/span><\/strong> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            All costs must be incurred strictly after the submission of the Application for Importation. <\/span>The start
            of operations of the investment project before the submission of the application for aid will result in the rejection of the application for the whole investment project.<\/span><\/em> <\/p>\n\n
